1. What the Map is

The Map is provided for general information and trip inspiration only. It is not a navigation, routing, safety or emergency service, and it is not professional advice. Site names, descriptions, coordinates, trail lengths and difficulty grades are drawn largely from open data and may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate.

2. Data sources & attribution

The Map combines several open data sources, each under its own licence:

• Map and place data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL).
• Satellite imagery and reference labels © Esri and its data providers.
• Some photographs are sourced from Wikimedia Commons / Wikipedia and from Mapillary (CC BY-SA), and are credited on the detail card.

3. Reuse of content

If you reuse any of this content you must comply with the applicable source licence, including its attribution and share-alike requirements.

4. Outdoor activities are at your own risk

Hiking, trekking and visiting remote sites carry real risks. Trails may be mislabelled, rerouted, closed, seasonal or dangerous, and conditions change. You are solely responsible for your own safety: assess your ability, check current local conditions, weather, access rights and permits, carry proper equipment and navigation, and do not rely on the Map as your sole guide. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BZNomad accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage arising from use of the Map.

5. No warranty

The Map is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the Map at any time without notice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• bulk-scrape, mirror or place automated load on the Map or its API beyond ordinary personal use;
• use the Map or its data in any unlawful way or in breach of a source licence; or
• attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the service.

7. Third-party links

The Map links out to third-party services (for example map-directions providers, Wikipedia and external websites). We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data; their own terms and privacy policies apply.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Map after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Albania.
